Benefit Rates and Plan Summary (2007)*
Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits after 3 months of employment. Insurance is in effect on the 1st of the month following eligiblity date (i.e. start date 2/23/07; eligibilty date 5/23/07; insurance effective date 6/1/07).
